One of the things I love about Fabulous Fun Finds is all the acquaintances I have made across the WORLD! Each day I am in contact with website owners, giveaway winners, other mommy bloggers, PR representatives and loyal blog followers. I love it! These connections allow me to create a venue perfect for helping those in need as well. When I email Kim from Sophie's Chic Boutique last week with her squeaky shoe giveaway winner's information a particular blog post of hers caught my eye. A young mother of three and friend of Kim recently lost her husband in a plane crash along with two other family members. Kim from Sophie's Chic Boutique generously donated all her profits for one dedicated day to the Mingo Family. With all my contacts I knew I could find some generous companies willing to donate items to raise money for the Mingo Family as well. On September 29 & 30 items will be posted to raise money to help this young mother raise her family!
Petunia Pickle Bottom has already committed a Raspberry Creme Society Satchel ($325) to the cause! I must say I love Petunia Pickle Bottom products and their continued generosity has made me a loyal customer for life! Kim from Sophie's Chic Boutique will also be donating a Black V Neck Rhinestone Tee and a Coffee Rhinestone Crown Belted Handbag.
Bidding will begin on September 29 and close midnight on September 30! Highest bidders will make a paypal payment directly into an account set up for the Mingo Family.
